A receipt/gift receipt dated within 45 days prior to requested refund is required for all returns and exchanges.

All return and exchange items must be new, unused, and contain the original packaging and accessories.

With your original receipt dated within 45 days, we will offer you a return or exchange based on the original method of payment. Any purchase where a gift certificate was used will be returned in the form of a gift certificate. If a gift certificate was used in the purchase as partial tender, it will be the first tender refunded.

Any purchase made by check may be refunded as a gift certificate. Absolutely no cash refunds.

Returns or exchanges without receipt will be offered manufacturers' warranty information if applicable.

All sandboards and gear, without a valid receipt, CANNOT be returned for a cash refund, exchange, gift certificate or charge card credit.

Accepted returns may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
